We want you to feel good about your purchase. If your will draft did not work for you, email us within 7 days of your order at support@arizonalastwill.com and we will refund your payment in full. You do not need to explain why.
Send a short message to support@arizonalastwill.com from the email address you used to order, and include your Will ID or the name on the order so we can find it quickly.
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within a few business days. Your bank or card provider may take a little longer to post the credit.
Because this is a digital product delivered instantly, there is no automatic statutory cancellation window like the one that applies in some other countries. Instead, we offer the voluntary 7-day refund described above. This policy does not take away any rights you may have under applicable United States or Arizona consumer protection law.
