Customer Support Specialist

We are looking for a reliable Customer Support Specialist who answers our customers in writing, in a friendly and accurate way. You work fully remote and plan your own hours.

What you will do

• Answer customer emails about orders, payments and downloads
• Take change requests and pass them on to the team
• Handle refunds and complaints following clear guidelines
• Document recurring questions and help improve our FAQ
• Report bugs and customer feedback to the product team

What you bring

• Fluent written and spoken English
• A friendly, clear writing style and a solution-oriented mindset
• Reliability and a careful way of working
• A stable internet connection and your own computer
• Customer service experience is a plus, not a requirement
